This website

This site has no forms or accounts. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics and loads nothing from other sites. It is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, which keeps standard server logs such as IP address and request time. The booking button opens a scheduling page run by its provider, under that provider's privacy policy.

If you email me

I use your name, address and message only to reply. They stay in my Gmail account, run by Google. Ask me to delete them and I will.

If we work together

Demos use sample data only. Client files live either on the firm's own machines or in a separate Microsoft Azure environment (US East 2) run for that firm alone, never in a database shared with other clients. Drawings and attachments are never sent to an AI model.

If a firm turns on the AI features, email text, submittal and RFI text and the daily board summary are sent to the Claude API run by Anthropic, under Anthropic's commercial terms, which do not allow training on that data. Anthropic deletes API inputs and outputs within 30 days unless a longer period is agreed or required by law. I name each AI feature before it is turned on, and a firm can leave AI off entirely.

The service providers that handle client data are Microsoft Azure (hosting), Anthropic (AI text, only when switched on) and Stripe (billing details of the account holder). The full terms, including retention, deletion and breach notice, are in the data processing agreement each firm signs.

You can ask what I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it, by emailing the address above. I don't sell personal data and don't use it for advertising.
